FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.10, A Health Requirements [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed all parts of the home, including furnishings, equipment and plumbing, were not kept clean and sanitary in there was a build-up of dust on the left side of the kitchen on the left and right side of the walkway that leads to a storage room that is locked. The bottom of the door that leads to the storage room is chipped. The Operator does have a baby gate separating the kitchen from the childrens area. The Operator has been given until 5/6/2026 to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.10, A: Toys, Furnishings, Equipment and Plumbing: A.
