    During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care [for the month of December]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A Comments: During the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist observed the fire extinguisher was last serviced on February 2025, and the annual fire inspection was conducted on 2/3/2025. During the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist observed the last fire drill was conducted on 10/22/2025, and the last emergency preparedness drill was conducted on 11/13/2025, which may substitute for one monthly fire drill. A fire drill was not conducted when children were in care for the month of December. This standard was resolved at the time of the inspection in that, during the inspection, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There was a total of 8 adults, 24 children at the time of the fire drill. The fire drill occurred during nap time. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A During the facilitys license year, fire drills utilizing the alarm system, approved by the local fire authority, must be conducted monthly at various dates and times when children are in care.     The online CPR training did not include an on-site instructor-based skills assessment and is invalid for the individual. CCF Handbook, Section 4.2.4, E Comments: During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed staff members with CPR/FIrst Aid Certificates that did not state on-site instructor-based skills assessments. The director was given until October 4th, 2024 to come back into compliance for this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 4.2.4 First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) B. By December 31, 2021, the facility shall maintain the following number of child care personnel with the CPR certification and first aid training that are on site at the facility at all times children are in care.
