Daycare providers: corrections & updates
Our records come from your state licensing agency, and we want them right. If your facility's information is out of date or you believe a record is displayed in error, email info@daycarealert.com with your facility name, state, and license number, and we'll review it against the state source. Note that we display official inspection records as the state publishes them — corrections to the underlying record itself must go through your licensing agency, and we refresh from state data on a regular cadence. How ratings are computed is public: see how ratings work. Ratings can't be paid to change — by anyone.

We maintain what we believe is the most complete consolidated dataset of U.S. daycare licensing and violation records — over a million records across 49 states, D.C., and Alberta — and we're glad to help journalists and researchers use it. Email info@daycarealert.com with what you're working on.
Urgent safety concerns
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact 911. To report a licensing concern about a specific facility, file a complaint with your state's child care licensing agency — they can inspect unannounced and investigate.
