    The facilitys outdoor play area contained litter, nails, glass or other hazards that posed a low potential for harm to children. CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the facilitys outdoor play area contained other hazards that posed a low potential for harm to children in that the inner fence surrounding an inner play area for the One and Two-year-old children had areas that were sharp, one area of that inner fence was damaged. This is not the fence that surrounds the permitter of the play area, the fence that surrounds the permitter of the play area is in compliance. Photos were taken during the inspection. This standard has been brought back into compliance in that the operator removed the children from the playground while the Licensing Specialist was on the playground and closed the playground. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A: A. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, J & K Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed a trash receptacle used for diapering that was accessible to the children in the one-year-old and two-year-old classrooms. The Operator has been given until 3/3/2026 to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, J.: Diapering Requirements: J: Soiled or wet disposable diapers must be disposed of in a plastic lined, securely covered container that is not accessible to the children.
