The home does not have documentation for all child care personnel on the required annual refresher education of the homes exposure plan. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.23 Comments: At the time of reinspection, the Licensing specialist observed the exposure plan complete for the operator listed on the supplemental. The training was completed on 4/18/2026. The specialist advised if the substitute completed the training as well as the provider advised that she wants to remove the substitute as previously stated last inspection. However, the specialist advised the provider that a substitute is required. The specialist is working on replacing the substitute for the home once she is approved. The provider advised that she will not complete anything additional for the current substitute listed on the supplemental. The provider will contact the specialist when the required form for the new substitute is complete. The operator is aware of the due date provided and will ensure that either the new substitute is submitted and approved by the Office of Licensing prior to the due date or the provider will remain out of compliance until the training is complete or new substitute is approved, whichever occurs first. TA was provided to ensure that all child care personnel complete exposure plan training annually and training is placed on file for Licensing to review by the due date. 29. The previous CPR/ First aid training expired as of 3/9/2026. The provider is aware of the expired training and is working on an alternate substitute.
