The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist observed that the fire extinguisher was not serviced and tagged timely, the fire extinguisher was not serviced and tagged on 07/2024. TA was provided: Licensing Specialist discuss requirement with the staff responsible. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B B. Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times. FOOD AND NUTRITION 24.
