Food Service/Nutrition [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, the thermometer in the students refrigerator was showing a reading of 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and 20 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer. Provider has another refrigerator use for staff members. Provider has been advised to dispose the milk that has been store in the students refrigerator, and per providers statement, they will contact the caterer to get more milk. The mixed group of 1s and 2s had a total of 12 children to 1 staff member.
