3.10.2(L), Handbook: Diaper changing procedure must be posted in the changing area and followed to protect the health and safety of children and child care personnel. Diaper changing procedure was not posted in the changing area and/or was not followed. Toilet/Bath Facility [SR] Comments: The monitor observed the toddler teacher allow the recently diapered child to return to play before washing the child's hands. The licensing monitor brought this concern to the attention of the teacher on site and director.
