Sec. 7-37(b), Ordinance: The outdoor play space and any area adjacent to any outdoor play space that a child may have access to shall be free and safe from any reasonably foreseeable condition that has the potential of endangering or does endanger the health, safety, and welfare of children, including, but not limited to, the presence of hazardous materials and high-tension wires. The following hazards were observed: [A trailer with contruction equipment from te facility and a cable for the security camera ]. Comments: A utility trailer was in the back of the playground with construction equipment from the facility as they were making repairs. In addition, cables for the security camera were visible on the fence as installation of the cameras is not complete. Compliance Comments TA was provided for the merry go round that had paint flaking. A claim was made to the manufacturer by the facility as the equipment is a year old.
