There were 20 adults and 119 children present. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the fire Extinguisher that is on the 2013 Chevy was not properly maintained. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed on the 2020 Collins the windshield at the bottom has a crack. On the 2013 Chevy the flooring up front by the center console is torn and exposing the material that is under it. On the 2013 the following seats are torn and exposing the foam: the 1st and 3rd seat on the driver side and the 2nd seat on the passenger side. There is paint peeling on the left side of the wall in the bathroom that is in between the dolphin and seagull classrooms. In the Crane classroom the sink does not work(the teacher has a bucket covering it and stated to the licensing specialist that the sink does not work). There is paint peeling on the wall that is behind the trash can and behind the diaper changing table in the bathroom that is in between the crane and turtle classrooms. The toilet does not work in the bathroom that is in between the crane and turtle classrooms. In the turtle classroom the cubbies to the left is broken and has a sharp piece. In the Guppy classroom there is torn foam blocks. The director was given until May 22, 2026, to come into compliance with this standard.
