Diaper changing occurred on a surface that was not impermeable. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, E (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed in the infant classroom that the changing mats were ripped exposing the foam. The Operator was given until August 30, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, E Diapering Requirements - E. When children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use. The facility failed to maintain a current Employee/Contractor Roster for all child care personnel in the Clearinghouse. CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Operator advised that there are currently 12 employees. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 12 of 12 employee records. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 1 personnel that was not added to the Operators Clearinghouse roster. This standard has been brought back into compliance in that the personnel no longer works at the facility. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K: Initial Screening K: The employer/Operator must add childcare personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of when the individual has received a childcare eligible result and has been hired at the facility.
