   An electrical device or apparatus accessible to children was located in a place that could be plugged into an electrical outlet while a person is in contact with a water source, such as a sink, tub, shower area, water table, or swimming pool. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, K (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the time of inspection, in the VPK classroom, the Licensing Specialist observed an electric pet water fountain with running water that had an electrical cord plugged into an outlet directly above the water. It was on the floor of the child play area within reach of children. The standard was brought back into compliance during the time of the inspection in that the Director unplugged and removed the pet water fountain from reach of children inside a closet; therefore this is being marked as resolved at time of inspection.    The facilitys storage of harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, and poisonous, toxic and hazardous materials allowed access by children in care. CCF Handbook, Section 3.2, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, in the three-year-old classroom, the Licensing Specialist observed a large fan approximately 24 inches in diameter. The fan was in the ON position on a shelf within reach of children. A photo was taken during the time of the inspection. The standard was brought back into compliance during the time of the inspection in that the Director removed the fan from the classroom and put it inside the office; therefore, this is being marked as completed at time of inspection. CCF Handbook, Section 3.2, B All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation.
