The provider also advised that they offer a beverage of 100 percent juice or milk with each meal that counts as a food group. The provider and specialist verbally discussed added an extra food group as needed for the remainder of the current week. The provider is aware that the next following weeks the menu must contain a total of 5 food groups for compliance. The provider revised the menu at time of inspection.
