CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A Physical Environment [SR] Comments: 12-02: During the previous inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed in the VPK classroom the cabinet by the television there is a hole and with a sharp piece in the middle of the hole and the bathroom on the left side of the room the outlet in the bathroom is cracked. In the 1-year old classroom the cabinet that holds the paper goods does not close and the door falls down. In the 3-year old's classroom there is a light that is out on the left side of the room, in the bathroom on the left side of the room the outlet is not secure to the wall you are able to pull it out and the bathroom on the right side of the classroom the light cover is dangling down. The School Age bathroom the light cover is dangling down. During the reinspection, Licensing Specialist observed that in the 3-year old's classroom there is a light that is out on the left side of the room. This is being marked non-compliant. The first vehicle is a 2008 Hyundai Entourage (045791) that was last inspected on 8/4/2025 and is insured through Progressive Insurance with an effective date of 4/7/2025. The second vehicle is a 2009 Ford Van (A69904) that was last inspected on 8/8/2025 that is insured through Progressive Insurance with an effective date of 4/7/2025. The Third vehicle is a 2013 Chevy Express (131076) that was last inspected on 8/8/2025 that is insured through Progressive Insurance with an effective date of 4/7/2025. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the program's vehicle was monitored at time of inspection. The installed vehicle alarm was not in working condition in 2 of the 3 vehicles(2009 Ford and 2013 Chevy Express) in that it could not be heard from the distance of 500 feet from the vehicle.
