Observed in the kitchen where the children eat meals an accessible stove which is a potential heat source over 110 degrees since the stove is used for meal preparation. Also observed a lit candle sitting on the stove and accessible to children. Requirement: Hot water pipes and other sources of heat exceeding 110° F that are accessible to children shall be equipped with protective guards or shall be insulated to prevent direct contact. Correction: Candle was extinguished and immediately removed from the area. Safety strap will be placed on stove. And two chairs. Will be placed in front of stove as a barrier. Inspection: Renewal.
