   There was peeling paint on the back porch in the outside play area. Correction: At the time of inspection, I had already purchased the decking stain and had a contractor lined up to refinish the deck. He came to power wash, sand and paint the deck on August 5th.    In the outside play space next to the steps are Hosta(August Lillies) which are toxic to children. In the garden area on the left-hand side of the outside play space and near the gate leading to the front are a garden peony which are toxic to children. Requirement: Toxic plants are not permitted in a child care space. Correction: I will remove the Hosta and peony located in my fenced in play area today! Inspection: Renewal.
