Correction: At the time of inspection, I had already purchased the decking stain and had a contractor lined up to refinish the deck. He came to power wash, sand and paint the deck on August 5th. In the garden area on the left-hand side of the outside play space and near the gate leading to the front are a garden peony which are toxic to children.
