The floor in the Toddler 1 room was observed to be dirty near the eating area. In addition, the refrigerator in the Toddler 1 room was observed to have food stuck to the fridge and smudge marks. Requirement: Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces, including the facility's outdoor play space surfaces shall be kept clean, in good repair and free from visible hazards. Correction: All areas identified during the inspection will be cleaned and sanitized immediately. The toddler room floor will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Outdoor play space used by the facility is considered part of the facility premises.
