When children are grouped in mixed age levels, the age of the youngest child in the group determines the staff:child ratio and maximum group size in accordance with the requirements in § 3270.51 (relating to similar age level). THIS PORTION OF THE PLAN SHALL HAVE AN IMMEDIATE CORRECTION DATE. 2. All staff, including the director and owner, shall complete the Better Kid Care online training, "Supervision: Staff:Child Ratios". This training can count towards the annual training requirement. Documentation of training shall be retained in the staff file as per 3270.192 and submitted to the certification representative. THE OPERATOR SHALL PROVIDE A DATE FOR WHEN THIS WILL BE COMPLETED.
