Observed on the stand under the television a dish containing various coins less than 1 inch in diameter accessible to children still placing objects in their mouths. Requirement: Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths. Observed at the base of the toilet used by children in care 2 exposed protruding bolts posing a hazard to the children. Requirement: Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces, including the facility's outdoor play area, shall be kept clean, in good repair and free from visible hazards. Correction: I made a mistake and forgot to put it back, but I corrected the mistake and put it back next to the changing table Inspection: Renewal.
