Licensing provided technical assistance explaining Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times. This was corrected prior submitting this inspection thus this has been completed. The fire extinguisher certifications are now valid until 5/27 Compliance Comments During the inspection, the Operator advised that the childrens custodial parents/legal guardians provide their children with their meals and the facility provides the children with their snacks. During the licensure year, the operator failed to conduct monthly fire drills utilizing the approved fire alarm system or smoke detector at various dates and times when children are in care. Licensing provided the log and explained how to fill out, also explained was that fire drill must be completed monthly with the approved fire alarm system and fill out the log., thus this was completed at the time of the inspection.
