CCF Handbook, Section 7.1 Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed two pre-school children records with expired Immunizations (photos taken). Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: Immunization Records must be current and not expired for all children enrolled 30 days or more. CCF Handbook, Section 7.2 Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed one Childs Student Health Examination that expired (photo taken). Licensing Specialist provided technical Assistance to the Director: Student Health Examinations are valid for two years from date of completion and must be curreent and not expired. A current Student Health Examination must be completed and provided by trhe due date for the Facility to be in compliance. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 23 children enrolled.
