    During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care [Fire Drill not conducted in December 2025.]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed fire drill log and determined no fire drill was completed in December 2025. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: Fire Drills utilizing alarm system must be conducted monthly and documented in Fire Drill Log. Licensing Specialist oberved Fire Drill with 4 staff and 24 children. The last approved fire inspection for this facility was dated 3/18/25. The fire extinguisher certification is valid until 4/2026.
