Child care personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the 40 hour Introductory Child Care Training requirement. CCF Handbook Section 4.2.1 Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed 1 new employee training transcript showing Introduction Course not completed and was started 8/15/2022 (over 1 year). Provided technical assistance to the Director: The Introduction Course must be completed 12 months of training start date.
