Supervision of children in the [TWO AND THREE year old class] group was inadequate in that [biting each other]. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4 General Requirements [SR] Comments: Based on a sampling of childrens files from the two and three-year classrooms. From November 2024 until January 2025 there have been 16 biting accidents. In most of the situations the young children were fighting over toys and the situation escalated to a physical response of the child (bite). These situations could have been prevented by teacher supervision. Licensing provided technical assistance thus it was completed at the time of inspection, children must be supervised at all times inside or outside the facility.
