All adults and children failed to evacuate the facility when the approved fire alarm system was activated. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, B Comments: During the inspection visit one child was left behind in the three-year-old room during the fire drill (Picture and video was taken). During the facility check the licensing specialist found one child sleeping, at that moment the staff responsible was walking back in the room she grabbed the child and evacuated the building with him. Licensing specialist gave technical assistance to the staff responsible explaining that when the facility's approved fire alarm alert system is activated or initiated, all adults and children must evacuate the facility. During this inspection visit, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There were 20 adults and 114 children present. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, I Comments: Licensing Specialist observed an electrical outlet that was missing outlet covers (Picture was taken). Technical assistance was given to the Director in regards to having outlet covers in outlets. It was explained that all accessible electrical outlets must be tamper-resistant electrical outlets that contain internal shutter mechanisms to prevent children from sticking objects into receptacles. In settings that do not have tamper-resistant electrical outlets, outlets shall have safety covers. Outlet covers were placed in the outlets during the inspection visit.
