CCF Handbook, Section 8.2, A Enforcement [SR] Comments: On January 20, 2026, the GOC1 observed a video of the three-year-old classroom from January 12, 2026, which showed a teacher grab a seated child by the right arm and pull the child as the child walked towards the other side of the classroom. As the teacher walked, she attempted to grab the childs left arm but missed, causing the child to fall. The child fell forward, hitting his left arm on the floor. The teacher then grabs the child lying on the floor by the left arm and drags him to the quiet chair on the other side of the classroom. The teacher left the child in the quiet chair, crying, for 55 minutes, until the child got up on his own. Technical assistance was provided to the teacher so that no child is pulled or pushed by any part of their body by a teacher, and so that the teacher allows the child to sit in a quiet chair while visibly in distress for minutes.
