Child care personnel working in the food preparation area did not wear proper head covering. CCF Handbook, Section 3.9.1, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Food and Nutrition [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist (LS) observed that the staff member while working in the food preparation area was not wearing a hair net or hat. TA was given by LS to the director and staff in reference to this matter. The staff person then placed a hairnet on head, thus this regulation is marked back into compliance. Compliance Comments During the inspection, the staff responsible advised that the facility provides meals and snacks to the children that are in care. ***The provider is a food program participant.
