Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Provider: The ratio in the infant room is one staff member per 4 infants, and two staff members for 6 infants, and the classroom must be in ratio at all times. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Provider: a diaper changing table must not have any unrelated items to the changing left on them. The facility did not have documentation to show child care personnel had begun the introductory training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry. CCF Handbook, Section 4.1 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Comments: Reviewed training transcript of employee hired in July 2024. Determined that employee did not begin the Introduction Course (over 90 days). Provided technical assistance to the Director. The Introduction course must begin within 90 days of the employee start date by completing 1 class in part 1 or part 2.
