CCF Handbook, Section 7.3, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the staff responsible advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 58 children enrolled. Licensing Specialist monitored 6 newly enrolled children's records. There was one child missing the enrollment record. Licensing Specialist gave technical assistance to the staff responsible in explaining that enrollment information shall be kept on file, current and available for review by the licensing authority. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the staff responsible advised the Licensing Specialist that there 10 employees.    The facilitys storage of harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, and poisonous, toxic and hazardous materials allowed access by children in care. CCF Handbook, Section 3.2, B Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Licensing specialist observed hand sanitizer (labeled keep out of reach of children), within the reach of children on a shelve accessible to the children in the three year olds room (Picture was taken). All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a child's reach at all times. Technical Assistance (TA) was given to the staff responsible by the Licensing Specialist explaining that these items must always be inaccessible and out of a childs reach. CCF Handbook, Section 7.4, C Record Keeping [SR] Comments: Licensing specialist observed that the individual listed on the supplemental page did not have a current Form 5337, Child Abuse & Neglect. Licensing specialist gave technical assistance to the staff responsible explaining that this form must be signed on or before hire date and annually thereafter by all child care personnel. During the time of inspection, the staff responsible advised the Licensing Specialist that there 11 employees.
