CCF Handbook, Section 3.9.1, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Food and Nutrition [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist (LS) observed that the staff member while working in the food preparation area was not wearing a hair net or hat. TA was given by LS to the director in reference to this matter. The staff person then placed a hairnet on head, thus this regulation is marked back into compliance.
