CCF Handbook, Section 3.2, B Comments: Licensing Specialist observed Cleaning Supplies ( photo taken) in an unlocked cabinet on the floor accessible to children. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Dirtector: Cleaning Supplies must be kept in a locked cabinet or out of reach so the cleaning supplies are not accessible to children. Child(ren) did not have a Student Health Examination/DH (Form 3040), or an equivalent health statement on file within 30 days of enrollment. CCF Handbook, Section 7.2, C Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed three children files without a Student Health Examination. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: a student health examination (valid for 2 years) must be comp[leted on a preschool child within 30 days of enrollment and documented in the child's file. The Student Health Examinations must be provided by the due date for the facility to be in complince. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 45 children enrolled. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: The Fire Safety Inspection must be approveed and current from the local fire authority.
