CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, G Comments: Licensing Specialist observed changing table in two year old classroom (photo taken) with unrelated items backpack , two filled plastic bags and loose papers Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: Change Area/Surface cannot not have unrelated items present on it. CCF Handbook Section 4.2.1 Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed training transcript for new employee who started the introduction course 7/2/2018 (over 1 year) who worked for a licensed daycare facility in Florida in 2018. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: Child care personnel must complete the Introduction Course within 12 months of starting the Introductory Course.
