Licensing provided technical assistance explaining in groups of mixed age ranges, where children one year of age but under two years of age are included, one childcare personnel must be responsible for no more than six children of any age group, at all times. The staff return to the group thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. CCF Handbook, Section 3.2, B Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Licensing observed a bottle of "fabuloso" on a children's storage shelf within children's reach, the staff removed the bottle placing it back into compliance. An unlabeled spray bottle was also observed, and it was not within the reach of children. The staff labeled the bottle as water and conditioner thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Also observed was a Lysol cleaner under the unlocked sink cabinet of the one-year restroom.
