CCF Handbook, Section 7.2, C Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewed Child Record with No Student Health Examination with child enrolled over 30 days. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: Preschool child must have completed and signed Student Health Examination in their child file within 30 days of enrollment. The completed Student Health Examination is valid for two years from the completion date. A Student Health Examination must be provided by the due date for the facility to be in compliance. Compliance Comments During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 44 children enrolled. The director credential expired on 9/30/2024. Provided technical assistance to the director: Staff credential and Director must be active and update before expiration.
