Harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials were accessible to children in care. CCF Handbook, Section 3.2, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist pulled on lower cabinet in Four Year Old Classroom (photo taken) and observed lock come apart exposing cleaning Supplies as acessible to children. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: cleaning supples must be placed out of reach to children or placed in a locked cabinet with a lock that stays locked when handle is pulled on the cabinet. The cleaning supples were placed out of reach at time of inspection, thus the facility became in compliance of the standard. 14.
