An area(s) of the facility was observed to not be in good repair. (Section 2.1(A) Health and Safety, Page 3) Facility/Storage [SR] Comments: During a previous inspection TA was giving for ceiling tiles that displayed discoloration, this was repaired. During this visit it was observed that 10 ceiling tiles displayed water stains. In addition, in the infants room one lower wall needs to be touched up with paint and in the afterschool room a wall needs to be painted and a small hole patched up. A carpet in the two year old room needs to cleaned. 11.
