3.1(A), Handbook: All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Areas of the facility were found to be in need of cleaning. (Section 2.1(A) Health and Safety, Page 3) Facility/Storage [SR] Comments: During this inspection is was found that carpets needed to be cleaned in the 2 year old room, 3 year old room, VPK room, VPKa room. In addition, ceiling vents needed to be cleaned in the 1 year old room, 3 year old room, 3a year old room, VPK room and VPKa room and 4 ceiling tiles need to be replaced. 11.
