Child care facilities with a licensed capacity of more than 50 children shall have one additional drinking fountain located either inside or outside the facility for each additional 50 children licensed capacity or any fraction thereof. Manual or electrically powered commercial water coolers may be used to meet the indoor drinking fountain requirements. Electrically powered commercial water coolers may be used to meet the outdoor drinking fountain requirements.
