4.1, Handbook: Child care personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month must successfully complete the departments training within 12 months from the date training begins. Training completion may not exceed 15 months from the date of employment in the child care industry in any licensed Florida child care facility. The facility did not have documentation of child care personnel's completion of required training on the training transcript in that [see below]. Sec. 7-5.08(b), Ordinance: A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report indicating compliance by a certified fire inspector shall be on file with the licensing agency and must be conspicuously posted.The facility has not been inspected and approved by the local fire department as required. License/Certificates [SR] Comments: Fire inspection report on file was observed expired on 8/29/24. Email copy of a current passing fire inspection report to the assigned monitor. Compliance Comments Fire/emergency were recorded since the last inspection. Technical assistance was provided regarding fire/emergency drill record keeping requirements.
