Comments: At the time of inspection, the licensing monitor observed the facility in need of the following repairs: -Ceiling tile replaced missing tile in the childrens restroom and throughout the classrooms. - Preschool playground fence displays evidence of discoloration, mold, and cracked in various areas throughout the playground.
