3.1(A), Handbook: All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. An area(s) of the facility was observed to not be in good repair. Comments: At the time of inspection, the licensing monitor observed the facility in need of the following repairs: -Ceiling tile replaced missing tile in the childrens restroom and throughout the classrooms. - Preschool playground fence displays evidence of discoloration, mold, and cracked in various areas throughout the playground. 3.8.2 (A), Handbook: Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. The facility has not been inspected and approved by the local fire department as required. Comments: The fire inspection was expired dated 5/20/25.
