The facility did not have electrical outlet covers or the outlet covers were not in place. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, I Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the door in 2-year old room was replaced and in good repair.During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 1 outlet in the infant room did not have a cover while a 1-year old was playing on the floor directly next to the outlet. 2 outlet covers were missing from the 2-year old room, and 1 outlet cover was missing from the VPK room.During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by the Operator providing the Licensing Specialist with outlet covers. The Licensing Specialist then distributed the covers to each classroom and assured the covers were placed on all outlets. CCF Handbook, Section 7.5 Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed Attendance rosters for the 1-year olds, 2-year olds, 3-year old, and VPK classes were not reflect all times children arrived at the facility and times when children moved from one classroom to another to fulfill ratios.During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by all teachers accurately updating their attendance rosters to reflect each childs entry and exit of their classrooms.During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook:Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child carepersonnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program.
