The last approved fire inspection for this facility was dated 09/17/2025. The fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 07/2026. During the inspection, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There were 7 adults and 5 children present. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed in both vehicle the provider did not have a fire extinguisher of a 2A:10BC. The size they had in the vehicle was a 1A:10BC. When the Licensing Specialist was reviewing the files the Licensing Specialist observed one personnel did not complete her 10 in service hours for 24-25 year. She walked over to him, and he laid back down. The director stated that the teacher was terminated due to the incident. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection.
