During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care [no documentation available]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist requested the Fire Drill Log and observed the staff were not sure where this documentation was located. The last approved sanitation report was 12-4-25. The fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 1/27. FOOD AND NUTRITION 24.
