Comments: Teachers were sitting on the floor of the playground facing the fence.This playground has a circle path around the perimeter and children ride toys on this.Children were not at view from the teachers.One teacher interaction with one child on several occasions was inappropriate/physical and the other teacher did not stop her or reported immediately. 06.
