CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A Comments: At the time of the inspection, the facility failed to have the annual fire inspection completed on or before last years date. The current year was completed on 1/26/26 and the prior year was completed on 1/7/25. Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that an approved and passed fire inspection must be completed on or before the prior years date. The last fire drill was conducted on 2/4/26 and emergency preparedness drills were conducted on 2/4/26 (weather) and 1/15/26 (lockdown). Note: the provider does emergency drills every month along with the fire drills. The fire extinguisher(s) were last tagged in December 2025.
