The Florida Certificate of immunization was not acceptable in that: [ The form was not current (expired)]. CCF Handbook, Section 7.1 Comments: At the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist observed the child listed on the supplemental had an expired immunization record in their file. Technical assistance was given to the provider to obtain a current form from the parent/guardian prior to the due date. Compliance Comments At the time of the inspection, the provider stated there were 62 children enrolled, and 49 children's files all binder 2 & binder 3 including newly enrolled were reviewed and found to be in compliance. 23. Fire Drills & Emergency Preparedness CCF Handbook, Section 3.8 (23-02)

The facility did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A Comments: At the time of the inspection, the facility failed to have the annual fire inspection completed on or before last year's date. The current year was completed on 11/1/24 and the prior year was completed on 10/13/23. Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that an approved fire inspection must be completed on or before the prior year's date. The last fire drill was conducted on 11/27/24 and an emergency preparedness drill (weather) was conducted on 10/31/24. No lockdown drill has been completed yet this licensing year. The provider was given technical assistance that a lockdown drill needs to be completed prior to the license expiring. The fire extinguisher(s) were last tagged in October 2024. A complete CF-FSP Form 5131, Background Screening and Personnel File Requirements, was not on file for all employees. Technical assistance was given to the provider to obtain the reports prior to the due date.
