The current year was completed on 11/1/24 and the prior year was completed on 10/13/23. Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that an approved fire inspection must be completed on or before the prior year's date. The last fire drill was conducted on 11/27/24 and an emergency preparedness drill (weather) was conducted on 10/31/24. No lockdown drill has been completed yet this licensing year.
