The admin director said seemed to be alright. The licensing specialist observed the teachers brought the children into the facility at 9:30AM and left one child on the playground alone and unsupervised.. The child was found and brought back into the facility at 10:13:20 AM. The child was on the playground with no supervision for 43 minutes and 20 second. The director brought this standard back in compliance at the time of inspection by the teacher bringing the child into the facility. Also a personnel stated she saw the teacher hit the child in the mouth once and she heard her hit the child the second time.
