Child care personnel inappropriately interacted with children in care in a manner that was aggressive, demeaning or intimidating in nature. CCF Handbook, Section 8.2, C Enforcement [SR] Comments: 47-1: During the inspection, the director stated that the dad brought child 1 to her and stated that after he had dropped off child 1, he went to back out to grab soccer clothes for him (he was gone for about 30 minutes) and when he came back he saw teacher 1 grab child 1 through the window of the classroom. He thought it looked aggressive. He went into the room and asked her what child 1 did and teacher 1 said that child 1 was trying to grab another child by the hair multiple times. The director went to teacher and talked to her in the classroom. Teacher 1 told the same story that the dad stated. Teacher 1 stated that she was trying to change diapers, and child 1 tried to pull another childs hair multiple times. Teacher 1 said that she was frustrated that he kept trying to pull the other childs hair. Teacher 1 stated that she grabbed child 1 by the upper arms and pulled him away. The director stated that there were no marks on child 1. The director stated that teacher 1 did get a write up. The director stated that teacher 1 was retrained on KinderCare Positive Guidance policy. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection.
