Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children. In the infant classroom, hand sanitizer was not kept locked on a shelf. In the toddler classroom, hand sanitizer wipes were not kept locked on top of the refrigerator. In the preschool classroom, hand sanitizer was not kept locked on a shelf.

Staff #4 is currently working and has a TB screening that was dated 4 days after their first day of employment. Training shall be related to child safety, child development, the function of the center, and any required department sponsored training.
