During an unannounced QRIS monitoring visit on 3/6/26, the licensing consultant observed that there were nine children being supervised by one educatorupon arrival. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The program will closely monitor classroom ratios throughout the day as well as clear communication with all parents to ensure compliance with Tennessee Department of Human Services regulations. Staff will receive additional reminders about required staff-to-child ratios, and scheduling adjustments will be made when necessary to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
